Order Processs
If you would like to place an order for any of our products, please e-mail Bill at Billa@ba-outfitters.com
Our current process is to confirm your order info via e-mail.
Bill or Tim will work through your needs to design the part that will work for you.
If it is a custom part you will receive a PDF sketch of the part to confirm that it will meet your needs.
Once the part has been fully designed and approved we will give you an approximate delivery date.
For Racks we request a $150 deposit when we order the materials, and full payment prior to shipping or pick-up.
Delivery Times
We currently build all items to order. We will quote you a delivery time upon receiving an order.
Typically we will have your item ready to ship in 1-2 weeks after receiving your deposit.
The exceptions to this are our Parts kits, and Quick Fist clamps which will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment.
Shipping
We currently ship by Fed-Ex,
We currently do not mark up our shipping charges, but we do however charge for the material cost involved in crating and/or packaging items.
The shipping and packaging costs will be e-mailed to you prior to your order being processed.

cards through PayPal, Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers checks, and Trades !
